The State Center for Dermatovenereology and Cosmetology of Moscow is a specialized healthcare institution that carries out research and educational activities, as well as provides medical and diagnostic assistance to the population under the CHI program, at the expense of budgetary funds and on a paid basis.

When applying to the State Scientific and Clinical Center for Disease Control and Prevention, patients are required to provide:
